This is the core of who we are. We feel that true discipleship and spiritual growth happens in a small group setting. We currently have three life groups that meet throughout the week in our community for you to plug in to. These groups will promote community and will challenge you each week to grow in your walk with the Lord. Please reach out to us for information on how to connect with one of these groups trough an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or a call to 808-464-3265.
Ladies Life Group -
This group meets every weekend. They are currently studying Living Beyond Yourself small group study by Beth Moore. This group meets in ladies homes thorughout the community. They bring snacks and spend quality time together. This group is a great place to build new relationships with ladies that are dealing with some of the same stresses and circumstances as you may be. We were not created to walk thorugh life alone and we shouldnt. This group is led by Susan Barnett.
Identity Life Group -
This group of young families meet every Wednesday night at 6:00 pm at Ben and Danielle Lee's home. They are currently focusing on Exploring our Identity and are using 1 John as the foundation of the study. Families bring a dish each week and share a meal together. There are many kids there. They always have someone to teach the kids and allow the parents to participate in small group. This is a great place to connect with families that are in the same walk of life as you are. This group is led by Austin Sunderman.
Parenting (The Early Years) -
This is a focus study group that is currently spending time learning about parenting. The group meets every Wednesday night at Jay and April Parks house. This group is made up of several families that have small children. Honestly, we all struggle with parenting. No one really seems to know what they are doing. There doesnt seem to be a how to guide on parenting. In this group you will learn that there actually is. God's Word covers a wealth of knowledge about parenting. THis is a video driven study based on Parenting the Early Years by Dr. Les and Leslie Parrot. We all bring a dish and eat dinner together before the study. There will be someone there to watch the kids. This group is led by Jay Parks.
